Returns:
- Our policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
- Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are non-returnable.
- Non-returnable items also include gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Partial Refunds:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:

Exchanges:

Gifts:

Shipping Returns:
- To return your product, mail it to physical address.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
